Why Has The Google See Inside Virtual Tour Disappeared From Google Plus Local Pages On Chrome?

If a business had a See Inside Tour there used to be a box prominently displayed on the business's Google Plus Local Page advertising that tour. Now, in the Chrome browser, that box is gone.

Here is the Google Plus Page of St. Sophia's Cathedral.  This is a screenshot from the Chrome browser. St. Sophia's has a See Inside tour but that is nowhere indicated on this page.

Here is the same Google Plus Local Page for St. Sophia's Cathedral.  Only this time the screenshot is from the Firefox browser.  As you can see the See Inside Tour is prominently displayed in the middle column.  

Businesses paid good money to have photographers come out and shoot the See Inside tours.  Were I a business that had done so I'd be a bit peeved that on Google's own browser the See Inside Tour is no longer easily findable to visitors who check out my business's Google Plus Local page.
